Relay for AI agents

Relay shared folders sync in real time between users. An AI agent working inside a Relay shared folder should know:

• Files may change while you're working on them. Re-read before assuming your in-memory copy is current.
• Your edits propagate immediately to other users and other agents in the same folder. Be conservative if multiple agents may be active.
• Look for an AGENTS.md in each shared folder. Relay auto-drops one at the folder root with folder-specific orientation. Read it on first entry.
• Use the polite path. Write through relay CLI commands or (later) the Relay MCP server. Direct app.vault.modify() writes bypass the CRDT layer and can be detected as drift.
• Edits made through the CLI/MCP path are tagged as agent-originated in the CRDT metadata, so collaborators can tell agent edits from human edits.
